We are so happy with this frame! we did the 10", and it's a grate size. it was easy enough to set up -- note that you will need to use 2.4G internet (I had to call Spectrum to get the 2.4G turned on). I also had an issue where I added the frame to my phone before connecting to the internet, and it really has to be in the opposite order; I had to remove the frame, connect to internet, and then add back to my phone. That was kind of my fault, but I wanted to add it here in case anyone else got confused like I did. All having mentioned that, I love this frame. it's so easy to add photos, and you get a good amount of storage on your free Nixplay account. I bought it for my husband so he can see photos of our babies while at work, and he adores it.A great way to send photos to your family members!

I'm not paying $40 / $48 a year to add captions to my pictures or organize them, and both of these should absolutely be standard. This reeks of "what can we take away to make them pay".This is already an expensive version of something that has existed for decades. The rest of the Pro features are stuff I won't use.
